Just a note to say our annual Dues & Donations letter will be coming out soon. When you receive your letter, please be sure to get your payment sent in. Our Dues & Donations keep our streets lit and our entry ways looking beautiful, as well as other things to keep our community safe. Click the link below to see the letter.
Channel Markers
As many of you are aware, our community is responsible for the upkeep and replacement of the channel markers the west side. Despite our efforts over the years to have this designated for public access, we have not succeeded in getting the county to agree. It is crucial that we start the necessary replacements soon, and you may encounter neighbors reaching out for donations to help cover these extra costs. For more information, please contact our HOA president, Barb Stubbers. Remember, without functioning channel markers, we risk losing the ability to dredge the channel on the west, which could negatively affect property values across our community.
